撩耳仔，乃人之常情。撩耳又名「採耳」，四川人稱為「小舒服」，台灣人又會叫「掏耳」，是清潔耳垢的一門專業。

PAO PAO EAR暫時只有兩位專業掏耳師：14及莛莛，兩位都曾前往中國拜師學藝個多月，並且跟隨不同師傅學習耳燭、經絡按摩、掏耳的技巧，在多次實習中吸收經驗，最後把這幾樣清潔內在身心的技術結合成年輕人能夠接受的服務。

前幾年香港曾流行耳燭SPA，透過點燃的耳燭去濕，不同氣味的香氛耳燭透過燃燒氣體循環，可以淨化耳道中的異味，以及吸走多餘油脂。掏耳師再配合精油為客人進行頭耳肩頸按摩。不只掏耳，耳鼻喉本來就互通，紓緩眼療SPA也是主打服務之一。
